Technology has virtually occupied human activities in such a way that many have relied on it providing solutions to problems. Language pedagogy is one of the areas where technological-aided or digital tools continued prevail, though making language lecturing and learning more interesting. The use proven enhance lecturing, several attempts been made by scholars ascertain perception lecturers towards lecturing. Many studies given account university lecturers’ perspective bases advantages disadvantages these language. However, this study represents an effort unveil administrators’ view tools, particularly, its impacts who teach also students learn with tools; how improves their skills. In scientific study, two hundred administrators drawn from different universities were randomly selected. Among administrators, male females.
